Download the app
Get the Dexal app for your Mac, Windows, iPhone, or Android device. There is nothing to install on a server — the app is all your team needs.
Sign in
Sign in with the email you purchased with and the setup token from your confirmation email. Your workspace, directory, and roles are already there.
Invite your team
Add teammates from Admin → Directory. They get an email invite and are working in minutes — no training project required.
Turn on private AI, if you want it
If you added the AI add-on, it is already on — running privately for your business, never used to train any model. Turn individual modules off anytime from Admin.

Do I need an IT team to set this up?
No. We host and run the platform — there is no server to configure, no updates to manage, and nothing to maintain. If you can download an app and sign in, you can set up Dexal.
Can we start on Core and move up later?
Yes. Core and Pro share the same underlying platform, so upgrading is a plan change, not a migration — nothing to reinstall or reconfigure.
Is AI required to use Dexal?
No. AI is an optional add-on you can add at checkout or later. The platform is fully functional without it, and turning it off never removes anything else.
Is the AI actually private?
Yes. When enabled, AI requests run in an isolated space for your organization only. Your messages, files, and data are never used to train any model, and admins control exactly which modules can use it.
