Optional on every plan
Every Dexal module works fully without AI. Turn it on when your organization decides it adds value — never because the product demands it. Nothing to install to try it.
Private by default — never used to train
When you turn AI on, it runs in an isolated space reserved for your business. Your documents, messages, and records are never used to train any model and are never shared with other customers.
Admin-controlled
Org admins decide which AI capabilities are enabled, for whom, and with access to what. Every AI action is subject to the same roles, permissions, and audit trail as the rest of Dexal.
On your own hardware, if you need it
Most teams use the managed option above — nothing to run. Organizations with strict compliance requirements (healthcare, security, regulated industries) can instead run AI entirely on their own infrastructure; this is scoped through Enterprise.
